About Us
Restoration Specialist, Inc. (RSI), was founded by Elizabeth Traut Bosio and John E. Bosio as a full service restoration company in February 1990. RSI specializes in waterproofing, caulking, deckcoatings, architectural expansion joints, concrete and masonry repair, and restoration for general contractors and private owners.
RSI has a full time staff of 37 employees of which 10 Foremen with an average of 11 years of experience with RSI. RSI has performed work all over the state of Colorado with most work concentrated in the Front Range from Fort Collins to Colorado Springs.
Notable projects completed in the Denver area include the Tivoli Student Center on the Auraria Campus, The Pepsi Center, the Wellington E. Webb Office Building, Exempla Good Samaritan Hospital, and the exterior restoration of the Governor's Manson.

Bio - Elizabeth Traut Bosio
Elizabeth Traut Bosio (Beth) has been President and Treasurer of RSI since inception in 1990. Born and raised in Wisconsin, she has lived in Colorado since 1982. She is responsible for the oversight of all office operations including insurance management, human resources, accounts receivable and cash management. Beth has been active in the Broomfield community for many years with her most recent project serving for 8 years on the Broomfield Community Foundation board of directors. She is the past president of the Broomfield Community Foundation as well.
Bio - John E. Bosio
John E. Bosio is the Vice-President and Secretary of RSI. Also born and raised in Wisconsin, he arrived in Colorado in 1982 to manage a general construction firm expanding from Wisconsin. John is responsible for pre-construction services, estimating, project and field management. John is also very active in the Broomfield community. He most recently chaired on the Bal Swan Capitol Campaign, helping raise 2.1 million dollars for the expansion of the Bal Swan Children’s Center for challenged and typical pre-schoolers.
Bio - Michael Fordyce
Michael Fordyce is the Head Foreman in charge of field operations. Mike has been with RSI since 1990 and active in the industry since 1978. Mike oversees the scheduling of all projects and works with our field forces to provide quality work that is completed safely and within budget. Outside of work, Mike enjoys golf, hunting, watching Bronco games and home remodeling projects.
